What a busy month.  There is so much going on; Parade of the Hills, Miriam's Family Reunion, My Family Reunion, Van Trip, V.B.S. and a few other things sprinkled in.  Oh yes, the Teens are having a retreat also.  Fall looks busy as well, but I wouldn't want it any other way.

 

The Lord is leading me to do a Sermon Series on "Getting Back to the Basics".  I am not sure how it all is going to come together, but I have a few of the Sermons about ready.  My Dad, talking about my golf game, always said if you work on the basics you will play better golf.  Hands, stance, swing, and head all play a part in how you score.  It is not much different in our Christian walk. 

 

Next month I will give you "Getting Back to the Basics" point one.  I would give it to you today, but I don't want you to get ahead of the rest of the Church.  So, until next month, remember you are loved.
