For every word of criticism there should be nine statements of
affirmation and encouragement.
When Job was going through his
trials, his three friends sat with him seven days and seven
nights and no one spoke a word. Those were the best moments they
spent with him. Sometimes just being there is enough.
Encouragement reaches farther than
you know. So when it comes to encouragement don't sow sparingly.
